Cancelation

We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to allow us to offer your slot to another client.Late cancellations mean missed opportunities for others on our waitlist. Therefore, please inform us promptly if you need to cancel.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice for a cancellation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Non-attendance without prior notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and any associated gift vouchers will be void.

For clients with a history of non-attendance or late cancellations, advance payment may be required to secure future appointments.

Appointment Time
 

Your appointment time at Belle Lueur Lash and Beauty is reserved exclusively for you.
If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us in advance, and we'll make every effort to accommodate you, although it may impact the duration of your service. Please understand that arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to ensure punctuality for our next client.

In some shorter treatments if you are arriving more than 5 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule your appointment to maintain the quality of our service. This will be charged as a cancelation fee.

To optimize your lash extension experience, we ask that you arrive with eye makeup removed using an oil-free remover or lash cleanser. Alternatively, you can arrive early to do so at the salon.

For first-time visitors, please arrive ten minutes early to complete new client and consent forms if you haven’t done already via the link in a text message.

To secure your treatment, we do require a credit card on file. This can be done online when booking or in person. A cancelation fee will apply to cancelations within 48 hours.
